The exercises and techniques provided by this vocal fitness app are for said educational and informational purposes only and should be performed at your own discretion and risk.

Before starting this, or any other vocal fitness / vocal training program or exercises, you should consult your ENT or other licensed voice care professional to determine if it is right for your voice and needs. This is particularly true if you have a history of vocal fatigue or the presence of voice issues. If you suspect or know you have vocal pathology (such as, but not limited to, vocal nodes, polyps or cysts, muscle tension dysphonia, neurological or nervous system issues affecting the voice, VCD, chronic cough, laryngitis or vocal edema due to illness, reflux, or an underlying medical issue), or if you’re experiencing symptoms of vocal pathology (including, but not limited to a change in vocal quality, a voice that is raspy, hoarse, strained and breathy, a voice that is quivering or choppy has gaps in the range, or the presence of pain or burning of your voice) you should stop immediately and contact your trusted ENT. Do not start or continue these exercises if your physician, ENT, or health care provider advises against it. This is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding voice issues or symptoms, or your vocal fitness regimen.
