This Privacy Policy explains how Tamara Beatty dba VoiceFIT (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “VoiceFIT”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you (“you”) visit our websites www.voicefit.com, www.voicefit.flutterflow.app, and www.tamrabeatty.com (the “Websites”), use our VoiceFIT mobile or web application (the “App”) or otherwise interact with us through the other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Website, App or providing your personal information to us, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the Websites or App or provide your personal information to VoiceFIT.

• Direct interactions with you when you provide it to us, for example, by signing up for an account on the App, purchasing a product from us, or by corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise. 
• Automated technologies or interactions, as you navigate through our Websites and App, information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, device information, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.  

Information You Provide to Us

We may collect certain personal information that you provide when you use our Services. The information we collect directly from you may include, without limitation: 

• First and last name;
• Email address
• Voice classification (vocal range)
• Voice training preferences
• Voice training goals; and
• Avatar photo;
• Username, password and other login information; and
• other contact or identifying information you provide to us.

We do not collect or have access to any payment information. This is managed through the Apple Store, Google Play store, or our third-party payment processors Stripe and/or PayPal.

Information Collected Automatically

As you navigate through and interact with our Websites and App, we may use cookies or other automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

• Details of your visits to our Websites and App, including traffic data, location data, and other communication data, dates and times of your visits, and the resources that you access and use on the Websites and App. 
• Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type and version.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

• To provide, maintain and improve our Services.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS AND REMARKETING

Cookies

The Websites and App use cookies to enable the functions of the Services and for security, authentication and tracking performance.

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Websites and App, such as Google Marketing Platform. Google Marketing Platform is an advertising and analytics platform offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

We may use remarketing services, such as those listed below, to advertise on third party websites to you after you visit our Websites or App. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Services. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Individuals under the age of 18 must not submit any personal information to us without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any person who is under the age of 18. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal information from a person under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will delete this information as soon as reasonably possible.
